Do you want to be able to pin point your lift faults and work on top of them for 5 weekends?... . So that's your chance! . I'm starting an small group/workshop at @allinonesnc to work on top of your specific faults on your olympic lifts. . Your lifts are going to be recorded on day 1 and compared to videos from your last day of workshop. During 5 Sundays we're working on correcting and improving your mechanics so you can be better at your workouts. . The goal here is for you to get better at your lifts to perform a better workout.
