As we prepare to vote, I so wish those who made decisions about our mental health spending really understood this image. In the same way that Canada’s Tobacco Strategy aimed to reduce health risks and lower our overall health spending... what we need is Canada’s Parenting Strategy! The strategy would focus on supporting parents with knowledge and resources, parent coaching and counselling because parenting isn’t easy! Let’s face it... we all aim to be deeply loving parents, but to truly get there, to change the world, we need supports!

For me I know it’s Caring too much and it kills me because I know better... sigh! How do you contribute to your child’s anxiety???
