I want to take a moment to thank all my wonderful staff for being so very diligent about trying to help our furry patients and help implement measures that not only keep our clients safe but our staff and doctors as well. As many of you know the situation over the last few weeks has evolved rapidly. We are doing our best to follow the public health recommendations and recommendations put forward by OVMA, Dr Scott Weese and the CVO. To our wonderful clients who have been so un...derstanding, thank you. Every little thank you or kind word makes the entire team feel appreciated. We ask that everyone be kind and patient and remember that this is a new way of practicing that none of us have ever done before. We know it is frustrating that certain services are not being offered at this time (such as non essential grooming services) but we are doing our best to see as many pets that need to be seen with reduced staff and reduced hours to limit our exposure.
