All Muscle Massage Therapy

I've been getting a few questions recently about direct billing so I'd like to try and offer some useful information. I'm in the process of setting up direct billing, however especially at this time of year, it's taking longer than anticipated. I hope to have direct billing set up by the end of the month, but I can't make any guarantees. For right now, clients will be required to pay the amount of their appointment in full, and will receive a receipt to send to their insurance company for reimbursement, as long as massage therapy is covered on their plans. Attention clients! As some of you may know, I was a close contact of someone who tested positive for Covid-19 in Summerside. I tested negative for the virus, but still had to do 2 weeks of self isolation. Last Friday when I found out things got kind of chaotic, as I had to leave the clinic right away to go get tested, and head straight home to start isolating. I cancelled all appointments which were scheduled for the two weeks of my quarantine. I just wanted to let you know i...f your appointment was cancelled this past week, you should be hearing from me in the next couple days about rescheduling. I'm doing my best to get people back in at times that work for them. If you are a client who had their appointment cancelled, and would like to reach out to me, the best way to do so is by emailing [email protected] . I wanted to apologize for the delay in reaching out, but I do operate everything myself, and this past week took a lot of work and effort to put together a plan of how I could successfully shut down for 2 weeks, and get everyone who needs to get back in to see me a spot along with all my new clients.
