Update as of Mar 25th: We are open for essential services only for your pets. No annual exams are being scheduled at this time. Medication refills and prescription food can be picked up. Following CVMA advice, for your safety and the safety of our staff, clients will not be allowed in the hospital. Please stay in your vehicle in the parking lot and call the hospital at 604-581-0491 when you arrive. We will come to you, and the doctor will examine your pet inside while ...you wait outside. If you are showing symptoms of sickness (such as fever or cough), have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, or have come into contact with COVID-19 positive people, do not come to the hospital. Phone us instead. If you would prefer a phone consult / telemedicine appointment instead please call or email at [email protected] to schedule.
