Take the challenge! Tons of classes and amazing people!
Someone called me a Fitness Monkey yesterday....not sure if I should take that as a compliment???
MAKE YOUR GOALS INTO ROUTINES! Here is a glimpse into my crazy world (I think I need a bigger book). And this doesn’t include any of the kids sports and activities. My mornings usually consisted of me getting up crazy early and scrambling to get my lesson plans ready for the day. My kids also get up super early so that usually meant I would get stressed and frustrated at my kids when they wouldn’t let me work. My resolution for 2019 was to be more organized. Two weeks ag...o my goal was to take some time on Sunday and set out my lesson plans for the week. And it was amazing!! It made my mornings so much more relaxed and I have time to enjoy my kids before I headed off to work! This week it was not my goal to have everything done by Sunday, however I just did it because of how pleasant and easier the previous week was. Cardio is Hardio!!
Those who know me know I’m usually not the awe-inspiring type on Facebook. I keep to myself most of the time. But the people that I get to work with are some of the most incredible people I have ever met, and I felt the need to share!! This morning I had a 77 year old and a 75 year old in my spin class. I have a woman coming out to my Cardio Blast class while she goes through chemotherapy. A 70 something woman broke her FEMUR (the hardest bone in the body!!) last year, and... now she is back and more fierce than ever! Last year my 65 year old non running client ran his first 5k!!
