Custom hack job! Just trimmed off the corner of the plate and ran the pipe up into the box. Taped the pipe to hold it between the box and cover instead of a connector . I can’t believe anyone could live with themselves getting paid to do work like this.

More progress shots from this @legacyhomesltd acreage project. This shower and stone wall are both main focal points when you step into the rooms and the customer wanted to make sure they were adequately lit. They chose to use these @liteline79 Sigma fixtures to accomplish what they were looking to do. Fence building season! Be aware that even though it’s not marked, there could be power lines running along the sides of your house. Most of them should be buried 8’ deep or so, but this is not always the case as you can see here. This was a service call where the house had lost power. After some readings at the panel the next place to check was around this new fence post. They must have just nicked the lines to start as they didn’t notice that they hit power, but the ...aluminum wire will burn up and breakdown fast once exposed. Not the first one like this we have come across and probably not the last. Quick underground splice and we were on our way. Beautiful day yesterday to drop in this 200 Amp service for this @westridgehomes infill project. We use this @greenleetools SlugBuster knockout punch set to cut out the 2 holes in the loop box. What is everyone else using to punch holes for your conduit? @ City Park, Saskatoon

This @westridgehomes bedroom has to be the coolest bedroom I have worked in. We lit up these boxes in order to give them a faux window effect (I didn’t coin the term it’s what was written on the plan!). We used Diffusion Lighting tape by @rjcrossarchitectural. This was originally wired for a rope light so had to do a bit of retro fitting with the driver. Haven’t seen the finished product yet, but they were making mdf covers to hide the drivers and were then going to hang those frosted glass panels over top. Once I get pictures I’ll post them.
