We are so happy to announce that we will be back in the salon from Monday June 22nd. Along with the great news there have been some changes we made for our business. As much as we would love to serve all of you as soon as we can, I urge you to be patient with us as we must proceed with more caution than ever before. We are required to comply with the new work and safety guidelines as posted on the ministry of health. ... Some of our changes and safety protocols are as follows: 1. If you have cough, fever or any kind of cold symptoms, you must let us know and we will not able to perform any service until you have absolutely no symptom and are fully recovered. 2. We will not be taking any walk ins or take walk in appointments during business hours. Please book online or by phone. 3. We kindly ask you to arrive no longer than 5 minutes prior your appointment as we can only have ONE person at a time per stylist. 4. As we are required to thoroughly clean all the working area surfaces, equipments and washroom after each client, be prepared for unexpected delays during waiting time. 5. We will be providing a disposable surgical mask when you come in for your appointment. 6. Our service prices have been increased by $5-15 due to reduced number of appointments per day, longer cleaning time and extra cost for precautions involved. Our business hours for the month of June are 1pm to 7pm Monday-Friday Please be mindful that these hours are only temporary and we will be back to our normal business hours as things get better. Attention Allure family! We have taken a few extra precautions to keep our clients, and our staff safe. We will not perform our service if you fall into any of the following categories:... 1) You have symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection (cough, runny nose, sore throat. 2) You have a fever (temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or more) 3) You have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days 4) You have had close contact with someone who has acute respiratory illness who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days 5) You have had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of Covid-19 We kindly ask to keep these in mind: - We always have cleanliness in mind in our industry, but we have stepped it up under the circumstances. - We can certainly secure you a spot for when you're feeling better. - If you have any signs of sickness and you have an existing appointment, we are happy to reschedule it for another time. - When you come in please use our sanitizer by the front desk or by the waiting chairs (we will remind you).
