I apologize I have not been posting. I am currently in the hospital and just had my appendix removed last night. Please bare with me while I recover and get back to my normal routine That being said I am still focused full force on helping you all crush your goals, so PLEASE feel free to comment below or reach out at ANY point and I will be more than happy to work with you
Another day wasted .... is not what I will be thinking by bedtime Yes, so far my day has not been ideal. I had a PLAN , I went to bed knowing I was going to get up and crush today. With my eating, my workout, my PD, HAVING MY SHAKE (guys I haven’t had one in quite a while and my body and system has just NOT been functioning right). I ended up spending 4 hours at the hospital instead, so when Oliver had his nap I wasn’t able to do my workout like I wanted. I wasn’t... home for lunch so I missed a meal, which by the time I got home I was so hungry I just heated up left overs from supper last night so I wouldn’t get sick. It wasn’t unhealthy or bad, but I could have had something better Today didn’t go as planned so right now I’m feeling a little bit like my day so far has been a complete waste. BUT it’s only 3 o’clock!! That leaves so much time for me to turn my day around plenty of time for a workout and lots of time to prepare for supper Don’t let any excuses or crappy circumstances stop you from going to bed each night feeling anything but accomplished and proud of yourself Today is Friday & on Friday’s we flex
