Good morning customers! Today I changed the engine oil and oil filter on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500! The oil filter looks like it was not changed for a long time? Very rusty and hard to remove, crashed the filter housing by replacing it!... If the person drives by oil change interval (mileage) and not by months, this can happen! Please change the oil and filter at least 3x a year! (my recommendation) Oil changes are only 3% maintenance on the whole vehicle! Keep the fresh oil flowing........

Good morning customers and friends When I worked today on a Vw Jetta, I had to change a broken coil spring! After I inspected the strut I saw fluid sitting around the coil spring seat? I clamped it into the vise and tried to remove the nut for more diagnostic and than the strut snapped!... The environment and poor cleaning of the vehicle made the strut weak and now it’s broken! If I would not paid attention to the wet spot around the base, there could be a disaster waiting for the customer or person using that vehicle on the road? This is not a easy job to be a mechanic a lot of responsibility is sitting on our shoulders (and we are only humans too)! Missing that could bring us nice guys, friend, brother, father, husband and so much more into a difficult position, when it comes to a big disaster! My advice, please clean your vehicle more often (special after or during winter times) and bring it in on regular maintenance schedule to catch problems like that! Keep it clean to make a difference Johannes Almark Auto Service

Good morning everyone It’s sad to hear people died in Texas because the had there vehicle running and poisoned them self. But the worst is I see and hear lots of vehicles driving around with broken, loud exhaust systems, where they slowly poison there lovely friends and family members!... I had a case where a young customer drove around with windows open because he got sick by the exhaust fumes! When the weather changed to winter conditions he had to repair it or some people would be getting hurt? After I repaired it properly he loves his 2003 Volvo S60 T5 and is willing to proceed with updates and maintenance! Good move but he had to learn it the hard way! Better safe than sorry.............Johannes the lifesaver Before repair and after repair
