Team T&J are family entertainers of our fair and they just happen to have friends from the North Pole that want to see all of us. Here is how they are spreading some Christmas Magic. This year has been incredibly hard on everyone, including the children. With social distancing measures in place and the inability to see family and friends this year, two of Santa’s Top Elves, Tinsel and Jingle hope to sprinkle a little holiday magic on your family! There are 5 Holiday programs to choose from, each of the customizable. From Pre-Recorded Videos, Zoom Calls and their VIP package with a socially distant visit right to your front door (Ontario only), you are sure to find some magic to fit your families needs!

The North Lanark Agricultural Society would like to announce that our fairgrounds are OPEN for the beach and boat launch. After many conversations with the authorities, and going into phase 2, our grounds can be opened to the public for the beach and the boat launch. The beach DOES NOT have lifeguards at this time and there are NO public washrooms. ... Please swim at your own risk and respect the property as if it was your own and leave it how you found it. If the privilege is abused, we will have to close the gates. Please continue to social distance and keep 2 meters away from others. Thank you The North Lanark Agricultural Society

HAPPINESS IS YELLING B-I-N-G-O! The NLAS is beyond ecstatic, this event has been able to operate this year, amidst the pandemic. We are even happier to announce some positive changes since the start of BINGO’s two weeks ago. ... Last week many noticed a few more vehicles were on the grounds. There is no longer a 100 player limit!! Due to the increase of players allowed, we have worked this week to get the prize money increased this week as well!! Each BINGO event is the Society’s main source for funding the repairs and maintenance of the buildings and fairgrounds. When we see the lineup and field filling up it makes our hearts smile that the community is here to help support us 4 hours to go till we start another evening of calling numbers and you yell BINGO!! See you soon friends

Making Car Toot Bingo a reality this year took a lot of perseverance, planning, checking and checking and checking in again and again with public health. Aside from the change in how you arrive and purchase your game papers, the distancing between vehicles, we are all wearing masks and sanitizing our hands continuously to keep everyone healthy and safe. A huge Thanks and shout out this morning to our friends Dairy Distillery here in Almonte for their donation of sanitizer a...nd surface cleaner for the events. Two more sleeps and it will be BINGO day again

IT’S BINGO TONIGHT!! We are excited to welcome you for night 2 of Car Toot Bingo at the Almonte Fairgrounds. Play starts at 7. Last week went well, we’ve made a few changes that will help. ... When you arrive early before the gates open (5:30pm) please line up along the fence of the fairgrounds, facing Bridge Street. See the street pic. This will help with traffic flow as well it will keep traffic from backing up near the bridge intersection. New protocols are requiring you to drive through each of the event stations this year. In order to allow enough time to get everyone through the line, please plan to be at the grounds no later than 6:30 to get all your game sheets and get parked. Stations: Buy game pack Contact tracing. - name and phone # 50/50 & Jackpot game sheets Park Canteen opens at 6 for your snack needs. I hear the pies are already in the oven today

It's unfortunate when people come to our fairgrounds and disreapect our property that we open up for free public use. Things get destroyed and vandalise and the repair costs have to be taken out of the funds that bring you events through the year. We spend a lot of money repainting, fixing and buying new signage, rather then on events and activities for our community.

Almonte Fair 12.06.2020

See you at Bingo! There are a few more rules for this year, but with your help it will be a successful, fun event for all. Hope to see you there.
