We have a little space in some classes and are adding more classes to keep up with demand! If you were on the fence about signing up.. now is the time! A01 fitness and nutrition with coaching - starts Feb 1 Family Yoga - Friday 9:15-10:15am (also if you want private or semi-private classes - let us know!) ... Circle time - Tuesday morning 9:30-10:30 - starting next week We have room for 2 parents / babies in Baby sign language on Wednesdays at 11am and room for one or two parent / toddlers for Wednesday circle time 9:30-10:30; and Saturday 9:30-10:30.

KIDS YOGA starting soon at the Aloha Life Co. studio. In a busy life full of stressors, screen time and activities, kids yoga is fun and teaches techniques for relaxation, concentration and connecting with oneself as well as build strength and flexibily through exercise. Classes are Sundays starting Jan. 24 for 6 weeks at 10 am. Ages 5-10 Message us!

Baby sign language is a must take course to limit your pre-verbal baby's frustrations and tantrums because they learn to communicate what they want and you can understand them, helping bonding and their self confidence.!
