The real estate market is moving faster than the Duracell Bunny Average prices are up in the GTA for the month of October (year over year) and sales are up by 25%. A quick note about the condo market, which is showing signs of a slowdown while inventory levels are on the rise. The Ontario REALTOR Party Speaker Series (ORPSS) is OREA’s first ever virtual political affairs event.
