Today at approximately 11:50 am Alpha Child Care Cathedral location was instructed to go into a Hold and Secure by Peel Regional Police because of a possible threat of a person with a weapon in the surrounding area. At 12:35 pm the Hold and Secure was lifted as there was no longer a threat. Please call Patricia or Alicia in the office if you have any further questions.

It has now been a month since Rohan started daycare and I can't thank you all enough for the amazing job that you are doing. With the pandemic unfolding fast and as parents that are still working from home we were apprehensive about sending Rohan at first. The constant phone check-ins and emails from daycare about your policies and procedures gave us some assurance. We felt much more at peace to see that you have developed proper protocols and that everything is being done to ensure health and safety of children and staff. Knowing everything that you do and seeing how hard you are all working we are assured that daycare is the safest place for Rohan right now. The best thing was to see how happy Rohan is each morning when we drop him off and how he always talks of his friends and teachers at daycare. Daycare is the most fun place for Rohan and a place where he can be himself and is loved and cared for. You have not only been his support but a great support for us while we are trying to navigate through Rohan's autism diagnoses. I wanted to thank you all for everything you do!
