Hey friends! Small change for our group fitness classes. We ask that from today forward you pre-register for all group fitness classes. To register for class please send us a message, email or give the gym a call during our operating hours to put your name on the class list.

Our membership office will be closed Monday, September 6th for Labour Day. Have a great long weekend everyone!

We are so excited to announce we will be open to the public starting tomorrow! We will be back to our normal hours & class schedule starting tomorrow morning, Thursday June 10th @10am Current restrictions are: -1/3 fire code capacity (15 people at the gym at a time) ... -Masking & Social Distancing. -NO appointments necessary to use the gym. -Class schedule will start back up tomorrow as well, Body Burn at 9:15 am & Power Flow Yoga at 7 pm Thank you to our members for their patience & support during these lockdowns. We know how important this space is to you, & we are ecstatic to welcome you back tomorrow.

Hey everyone! Looking like our reopening date will in fact be 1 week from today (Thursday, June 10th @ 10am) masks are likely to be required for the first few weeks until stage 3 of the reopening at the end of June. More details to come as we learn more

Pay What You Wish* for 1 on 1 training during the month of April! *Pay what you wish means you get to pay what ever you feel is right. We are setting a $15 minimum for each hour booked.* In order to use the gym, you need to be accompanied by a trainer. We have one trainer who will be hosting appointments, training slots will have to be 1 hour maximum. All Covid safety protocols will continue to be followed.... The booking times have been spaced out over what we observed to be our peak hours. We will be taking appointments for the following days: Monday - Wednesday & Fridays 8AM - 2PM & 5-9PM Thursdays 3:30PM-8PM & Saturdays 12-4PM Reserve your spot through Phunktionally Fit over messenger or e-mail. Your memberships will remain frozen until restrictions lift further. Thank you all for your patience during this time, We hope to be seeing you all soon.

Hey Everyone! Unfortunately, following Alberta's public health orders we will be closing our facility Tuesday, April 6th @ 6pm. All memberships will be suspended effective April 6th. We love you all and look forward to seeing you ASAP!

Here is an updated class schedule going forward for the gym. We have added an extra Functional movement class on Fridays, & added two noon yoga classes. Classes are in person, with limited space. We will be adding a class booking to our website, so people can register for a class without taking away from gym space. If you want to use the gym before or after a class, you will have to book an extra time slot. ... Classes will start up Monday March 8th. Can't wait to see everyone back in class!

Updated: Hi Everyone! We will be opening Thursday, March 4th @ 10am! Members will need to schedule an appointment... We have set up a way to schedule appointments, on our website (alpinefitness.ca) under massage (will direct you to a scheduler with a green button) there is an option for workout appointment. Select Matt as a therapist. It will then take you to a calendar. Pick your day, pick your time. They are 1 hour timeslots. Longer Workouts will need multiple timeslots. Must enter First Name, Last Name Phone number and email. That is it. Face Coverings will be required Billing will resume March 15th. Billing days will continue as they were (1st of the month or 15th of the month) 1st of the month billing will resume on April 1st. Deadline to keep memberships frozen will be March 11th. Pre-paid memberships will have the lost time added. As far as intensity levels... this is still a little confusing but was mentioned today that if you’re out of breath it’s too intense PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK Wash your hands frequently, bring some hand sanitizer of your own if you like. We will have some available. Keep as much space between yourself and others as possible 3m. Please wipe machines before and after use. If you have your own microfibre cloth bring it with you if you like and use our solution. (Just for sanitizing things you touch) I will continue to update this :)

Great News! We are reopening our massage clinic this Monday. In addition to all of the previous safety precautions, you will need a massage prescription from the doctor as well. It's great to be back!

Hey Fitness Family. As many of you probably already know, with the new restrictions we will have to close our doors to public access for the next 28 days or until the restrictions are lifted. We understand how important staying active is for our members & we are looking for ways to keep you active through this lock down. We have an opportunity to continue running our current class schedule through online platforms. We are looking for direct feedback from our members & anyon...e else who may be interested in continuing online classes. We would like to offer a reduced rate zoom membership program.
