Re: Altech response & operational adjustments related to COVID-19 Dear Valued Customers: In light of this global pandemic, we are all adapting and responding in our own ways to the current situation.... As our country is taking precautionary measures, we are also taking additional steps to protect our team members and customers. Here at Altech, we have decided to make working arrangements flexible to minimize the risk of transmission and maximize social distance. Starting week of March 30; Our shipping & receiving will only be open every Tuesdays & Thursdays 8 am ~ 4 pm. Please call in advance for special arrangements. Our production department will only be open every Tuesdays with the option to add extra days depending on shop workload. We will still try to maintain our current turn-around lead times. Our office will still be available by phone & email during the weekdays 8 am ~ 4:30 pm. Going forward, this will be our schedule until we are able to resume our regular full operating capacity.
