This smoothie would be enough to force my body to start using carbs for fuel instead of ketones. It is full of great nutrition, it is a great start to the day. In my case it's not a good fit, since I plan to fast for another 6 or 7 hours. ... The cup in front of me has loads of greens and some berries and banana. All these ingredients are carbohydrates and so since I am trying to condense my meal timing it is not a good fit for me at 7:15 in the morning. It would have been a great option for me, as part of a meal that also has a protein source of 20g or more in 6 hours, but not now. There are lots of different effective approaches to great nutrition and lifestyle choices. The key is to find an approach that works for you and you can keep doing forever. Yes. I got this mat about a month ago to help me with my at-home workouts. I think of it like a yoga mat with adjustments made to help me have awareness on my progress and my vectors of movement. Some features that I find useful in the @tygermat.us : Numbered lines the full length of the mat. Helps me track my progression in calisthenic efforts, and with suspension trainers.... 3 dots along the width, dividing the mat into 5 columns. Very good traction and thick. There are lots of different ways to challenge your core and several variables to think about when working any muscle. For my clients I find the most significant variables to consider when looking for results should follow this order. 1. Exercise consistently. The outcomes you are looking to see will come from efforts that you are applying every week. They will not come from efforts that occur when you happen to be motivated. So try to make the workouts fun, easy to acc...ess, and celebrate every time you finish the workout. 2. Challenging Exercise. The movements should exceed the scope of what you would do on a daily basis outside of the gym. Your body needs stimulus to change, so that means doing a bit more then when you are living your everyday life. 3. Find variety in movement. Change the variables of your exercise approach. (Intensity, volume, direction, body orientation, rest period, time under tension, etc).
