What does wallpaper removal look like? Step 1: rip off design layer Step 2: steam off glue layer Step 3: thoroughly sand walls to remove remaining glue debris... Step 4: repair damaged walls and fix whatever was lurking under the wallpaper (drywall cracks, nail pops, holes, dings, etc.). Step 5: Seal in glue drip stains from when you steamed the glue off the wall prime 1 coat with an oil primer (Dulux Jammer or Odourless), or if you don’t want the nasty oil smell Killz Primer/Sealer 2 coats.
