ALVINSTON PRO RODEO UPDATE: The Brooke-Alvinston Agricultural Society has made the difficult decision to postpone the 3rd Alvinston Pro Rodeo until Father’s Day Weekend, June 18-20, 2021. We were very hopeful that we would be able to present our rodeo at the end of August but government restrictions and public safety concerns associated with COVID-19 had other plans for us. We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of our sponsors, our community, rodeo competitors, volunteers, Rawhide Rodeo Company, and you, the fans! You’ve become our rodeo family and we can’t wait for the family reunion! Until then, stay safe and stay healthy! We WILL ride again!

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Alvinston Pro Rodeo I bring greetings to all of you and I hope this message finds you well! As the global COVID-19 pandemic continues to demand for us to practice physical distancing and to minimize large social gatherings, we have made the important decision to postpone the 3rd Annual Alvinston Pro Rodeo scheduled to take place on Father’s Day weekend! (June 19, 20 & 21, 2020) The health and well being of our communities, spectat...ors, competitors and volunteers are of utmost importance to us! We are very optimistic that we will soon put this pandemic behind us and we’ve made plans to present the Alvinston Pro Rodeo August 28, 29 & 30th instead! As you know, with the help of Rawhide Rodeo Company, the Alvinston Pro Rodeo has established itself on the International Professional Rodeo Association circuit as one of the best rodeos and we’re going to do everything in our power to bring our community an extra special instalment this year.
