My 2021 year is booking up! More cuteness like this? SIGN ME UP!

Heck I almost forgot to post! I had the best self care day that I didn’t realize I needed! I started the morning off with my usual biweekly session with my amazing counsellor just to unpack my mind, started listening to a new book she shared with me, then had an amazing massage with a new therapist who told me things about my muscles/body I didn’t realize were happening! Was super nice instead of the okay your all done, see you next time! And now... I’m coming at ya l...ive from my bathtub with candles lit & my kombucha on the ledge. Feeling good Hope you’re having a wonderful #humpday and not reading the news right now because it’s just a headache. Self care for the win!

Are you big on New Years resolutions? I have to admit I didn’t make any resolutions for this year...purposely. The reason I don’t is because if I don’t complete them, then I just get so hard on myself. So I just figured it’s not worth it for me, but instead to just be a good person all year round... I mean I still do want to drink more water and all that jazz, and also dust off my peloton... but I’m going to just do it instead of writing it down as a resolution. Just feels easier that way with less pressure ya know?
