Many caregivers say they feel alone and isolated. While family members and friends often ask how the care recipient is doing, they don’t always think to ask how the caregiver is doing. Caregivers have told us that a simple phone call can make a big difference. If you know a caregiver, take a moment to give them a call on November 13th, for Kindness Day. You can ask them how their day was, what’s new for them, or just let them know that you’re thinking of them. Caregivers care. We can too. #CallACaregiver for Kindness Day on November 13th.
