This program uses easy to follow movements to build strength and flexibility while conditioning your body. #NationalSeniorSafetyWeek is almost over, but we want to share some tips that will help protect you from financial fraud and other scams. Use strong passwords & change them often. Be suspicious of messages claiming to be urgent. Always check the sender's email address.

This Thanksgiving, we're giving thanks for YOU! Without the amazing commitment from people like you, we wouldn’t be able to provide essential supports to people living with dementia or fund essential research to understand this disease and find a cure. You make it all possible!

Did you know that almost half of people living with dementia are diagnosed with or have symptoms of depression or that their care partners experience higher rates of depression than any other care partner? This World Mental Health Day, help increase awareness and end the stigma around mental illness and dementia by starting a conversation and being there for the person living with dementia and their care partner in your life.
