We have been performing all the enhanced cleaning protocols in units since April, but here's the thing. If you don't tell your guests directly how and what you're doing to keep them safe, they get concerned. Who knew?! ... So leaving the 'Our Commitment to Clean' card in each suite and explaining how we're doing our part sends the message to nervous guests (and hosts), 'we've got covered, and we're here if you have questions.'
