Shall we start with the Agama Lizard? The brightly colored ones are mature males with are Kenyan Rock Agama, the darker neutral one is a female Kenyan Rock Agam...a, and the third one that is a metallic green I believe is a conman Agama (if I am wrong about any of these, please let me know!) You will see these typically sunning themselves on rocks during the day. One male can have multiple females that he is responsible for.

I did a tally of Birds and Animals that I got photos of in Kenya, so I have also done this for my trip in Tanzania!!! Animals - 43 Birds - 82 A lot of these num...bers double up between the two countries but ALOT are also different... I have pondered over how to go though and share them in a logical order...so ALPHABETIC it will be!!! ONLY thing is any animals where I have taken thousands of photos of...will go last...lol This is another photo of the amazing Patas monkeys that Banana found in the Serengeti. Last game drive is done, we went specifically to find the Angora Black and White Colobus monkey...and we did! They are very hard to find and very shy, typically... they are gone before you even stop the car! The second monkey is the Blue monkey. He seemed to like to follow the troop around..:) See more

Oh Africa! My first day on a game drive (and on my birthday!) at Nairobi National Park and you did NOT disappoint....rhinos, zebras, lions, giraffes, and so many more....here are just a few from today.... 1) White Rhino female with her baby 2) Zebra rolling in the red clay dust 3) Male lion resting in between mating sessions...lol 4) Hyena... My guide Dickson is AMAZING and knows so much about all of the animals and birds! And Yvonne came along for the day and said that it was the best safari that she has been on in this park. On to Aberdare National Park tomorrow and The Ark Lodge!

This is my last game drive today, at Arusha National Park...I have very mixed emotions about it...how could this be the last day? It all went so fast! I am stil...l in Africa for a bit longer, just no more drives. I am also very much looking forward to heading home (although I will say I have NOT missed the cold) but I have missed Bryan and my kids and my cat and my friends...although Bryan, Jordan and the cat are the only three I actually get to see...I miss them... Need all of your opinions! I am looking at updating my logo (yes again for those that have known me for a decade...) for 2 main reasons... 1) I learnt that with my old logo, my last name is actually very hard to read...I have been called Well on quite a few occasions 2) my old logo is VERY hard to see and read on a busy background (which is MOST of my photos...lol) So what I want to know is what you think of my new logo with the red???
