Realistic expectations This was a 5 hour appointment. Her end goal is to be blonde, and we are closer but when there is any type of dark colour / warm tones in the hair it’s almost guaranteed to be a process. Managing client expectations is one of the most difficult parts of being a stylist ( I just want to please everyone ) Of course I wish it was possible to get everyone to their blonde goal right away. It’s just not realistic and I’m thankful for my clients who understand the process and are willing to embrace each stage
