Alberta Covid 19 restrictions state you now need a referal for massage therapy. Here is a list of regulated health care workers you may be currently working with that can provide you a referral. If they do not have a form for it I can provide them one from the Natural Health Care Practitioners of Canada. physicians physical therapists chiropractors... acupuncturists naturopaths I am operating on reduced hours, emergency appointments only with a referral (dated within the last 12 months). Covid update In light of the current restrictions imposed by the government, at this time I will be take emergency appointments only until further guidelines are released. (I was hoping for more of an update at this point). Right now I can only take appointments with clients who have a current (less than 12months old) prescription for massage. Please stay tuned for further updates. As always, if you have any questions or concerns please message me directly.

In addition to following these strict guidelines it is my intention to reopen at a reduced capacity with increased restrictions to maintain everyone’s health and safety. At this point I will only be taking urgent appointments and will increase availability gradually throughout the summer in order to ensure regulations and precautions are sufficient in controlling the spread of illness. As an added measure I have also implemented the use of a HEPA and UV light air filtration system to reduce the airborne spread of illness. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Reopening guidelines Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the following changes are in place at Cranston Massage and Laser Therapy until further notice. - It is expected that you cancel your appointment if you have ANY cold or flu like symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing. Payment ONLY through etransfer will be accepted and is preferred prior to your treatment - Please wait in car for an entry text message, stating you may enter even if it is exactly or a few minutes past your appointment time Hand sanitizer use is mandatory and provided upon entry - Face masks are encouraged and required for supine treatments (laying on your back for work on the front side of the body) Treatment will not be permitted if you have/had any cold/flu symptoms within the last 14 days A current temperature will be taken and REQUIRED to be under 38 C / 100.4F at the door. If it is above this you will be asked to reschedule (without late cancellation charges) Use of the bathroom is discouraged and water will not be provided post treatment, please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. No facial or scalp work will be done at this time For the time being the loyalty program is paused to reduce time in the building and ongoing contacts -Unfortunately I will not be accepting new clients at this time
