I was supposed to be in St. John’s this weekend for a course, but you know, covid-19 happened. I’m thankful it’s still going ahead online I’m so excited to incorporate this new modality into your next massage treatment! (With your consent of course!) It’s called Guasha and it’s a traditional Chinese Medicine modality. Similar to cupping. These tools are used to scrape the skin and fascia to release adhesions, tension and toxins. ... It sounds painful, and can be at times, but I actually find it quite relaxing. Ask me about it during your next treatment!
