A quick video to show you how I organized my supplies closet. This job took me just over 11 minutes! It just goes to show sometimes the things we put off could potentially be done in under 15 min!! What are you putting off today that could realistically be done very quickly?
I missed last weeks Friday finds post! So this week will be a double whammy! Here are a couple of products I think are great for your kitchen!!... I recently recommended this pop can dispenser to a client and she totally loves it!! Before her flats of pop were just on the floor in the cardboard and plastic wrapping. It looked messy and took up so much space. Now she can easily reach them and it looks so much tidier! The second product is a stand up divider that you can use for pot lids, baking sheets, muffin tins and more! The best thing about this one is that it is adjustable!!
I offer gift certificates!! If my service is something you would like to gift a loved one this year, I would encourage you to chat with them about it before hand. As amazing as having someone come in and get you organized may seem, not all people are perceptive. ***During pandemic times I am doing virtual organizing packages starting at $125/projec

You can check out the full series at reginacluttercoach.wordpress.com... https://wordpress.com//reginacluttercoach.wordpress.com/282
I totally thought I posted this last week!! Here is my 5th strategy to help with procrastination and overwhelm. This one may seem a bit counter productive but I promise you it will help you out in the long run. All it takes is taking some time for yourself!
When I leave your home thats not the end of the job. Reminding you to do the things we chat about is how I help you reach long term success Who wants to be successful??
Hiring a service to help take some of the burden off of yourself can be so important!! Asking for help isnt a weakness, its a superpower that we all have access to!! Please comment below with any recommendations you have for services or companies that you have hired to help take the burden off of yourself. Maybe its a good nanny, house cleaner, organizer , or handy man. I want to hear how they helped you and if you continue to use them.

Do you know where to donate, recycle and dispose your stuff after you have decluttered? I dont think it has ever been easier to donate and recycle unwanted items. The following links are just a handful of the links that I got when I googled "Where to recycle and donate Regina" These websites all have lists of what they accept and how to arrange drop off or pick up. The Sask waste site even has a search bar, so just type in your location and what you have and it will t...ell you where accepts these items. If you have something that you cant find where to donate, let me know and Ill help you search for proper disposal method. For the things that you cant just throw in the blue bin I usually have small separate bins inside for specific items like batteries and lightbulbs. Once they are full I take them in. Its very important that we do are part to not only recycle properly but to reduce the amount of stuff we bring into our homes in the first place. If you need help with a mindset shift, lets set up a free call to chat. https://www.saskwastereduction.ca/recycle https://reginafoodbank.ca/get-involved/ https://www.regina.ca/home-pro/recycling-garbage/recycling/ https://charitywishlist.ca//donate-used-electronics-regin/ https://buff.ly/2WbNCRs

Do you suffer from multi tasking syndrome? Its when you feel really energized and start a lot of tasks but have a hard time finishing one. Check out my blog post on my favorite saying that helps me focus on one thing at a time.
Today we are on to strategy number 2 on how to help with overwhelming tasks and procrastination. The last strategy I talked about was "Do one thing" where you forced yourself to do one thing for 10 min. Today we are going to talk about making sure that we focus on just one thing at a time. I know there are times when multi tasking can be a huge help. [ 368 more words ] https://reginacluttercoach.wordpress.com//one-bite-at-a-t/
