Have your kids ever came out with something absolutely profound? This was mine today She's big time in the idea of "bucket filling". Short explanation is everyone has a bucket, when its full you are happy and when its empty you are sad. You can fill other people bucket by being kind or be a "bucket dipper" by being mean. She spent an hour today wandering a mall and smiling at people to fill their buckets and getting more excited each time.... Then she came out with this "Mom, sometimes I can hold onto my friends buckets for them, if they are sad and can't hold their own I will hold it for them until they want it back" My goal in life is to hold your bucket if it feels too heavy at that moment, protect it and have it filled up when you are ready to hold it again #beabucketfiller #profound #beyondheryears #bucketfiller #kindness #supportingfriends #rmtdoula #birthworker #birthdoula #rmt

Who would have thought this would be normal! Today this was at orthodontist for my kiddos but massage appointments are looking very similar. On one hand I despise masks and the way they cut off my ability to connect woth people but I am also unbelievably greatful to be able to work again and will wear them as long as needed
