Took an extra 10 mins this morning to make the fluffiestCHOCOLATE ESPRESSO WAFFLES Thanks to my babe @fitstrongshann for this bomb recipe ( serves ONE, & makes 4 waffles! -3 tbsp coconut flour -2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder -2 eggs (I put 1 egg+2 egg whites) -1 tsp espresso powder -1 tsp baking powder -3 tbsp almond milk... -splash of vanilla -sweetener (I used @nunaturals stevia drops) Optional add ins: protein powder, flaxseed, maca ,walnuts, cacao nibs, blueberries, etc STEPS: 1. Day 3 of BULLETPROOF COFFEE After listening to countless @dave.asprey podcasts, doing my research, and hearing about it through some of my followers, I thought it was time to give this new morning routine a go. This morning I blended 1 tsp @fourthandheart vanilla bean ghee, 1 tbsp @bulletproof brain octane MCT oil with optional add ins: 1 tsp @ecoideas red maca, cinnamon & stevia drops. It is black coffee blended with grass-fed butter and MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) MCT OIL -MCT oil is a fatty acid extracted from coconut oil -Reduces stored body fat (increases metabolic rate) -increases energy levels -keeps you full for hours -increases mental clarity -better digestion -improves mood -supports gut health since it kills harmful bacteria & viruses GRASS FED BUTTER -Butter is made from 3 ingredients: butterfat, milk solids, and water. I'm back guys This is my go to LUNCH for the library lots of kale, handful of spinach, cucumbers, roasted brussel sprouts ,raw mushrooms, RIO tuna, about 5 walnuts, chopped mini pickles, chili flakes topped with Apple cider vinegar , tons of lemon, a spoonful of Dijon & lots black pepper.
