Chicken: We are just starting to put together our plans for growing organic chicken this year. These will be ready sometime late August (we'll have the exact date soon). I can offer the following prices; all per pound (fresh or frozen available): Whole chicken, 6$/lb Chicken breast (skinless/boneless), 12$/lb Chicken breast (with bones/skin), 10$/lb... Wings, Thighs, Drums 8$/lb Turkeys: We will also be growing a limited number of small heritage turkeys for pick-up on Friday, Oct. 9 (they will be fresh, not frozen). Please e-mail me back asap, as quantities are quite limited; first-come, first served. Please note: a 10$ deposit is necessary to secure your order. Looking forward to growing for you!

We have planted seedlings and are gearing up for field planting as the weather improves. Rather than running a CSA this year we are planning on setting up a small farm store to provide more flexibility to our customers.

Pasture-fed, all natural beef will be available this fall! We are accepting custom orders (you tell us the cuts/quantities) or you can order 1/4 or 1/2. This beef will be lean and tender and dry-aged. Prices: 6$/lb ground; 7$/lb round roasts; 14$/lb prime rib or sirloin steak; 24$/lb tenderloin steak. Other cuts available and individually priced. We are asking for an approximate 10% deposit on your order to help with our up-front processing/cutting costs. Call, e-mail or pm to place your order.
