Over the last few months I have been searching for an easy way to make my own falafels but I didn't find anything that really inspired me. Low and behold Epicure came out with a falafel mix. I was thrilled!!! Since Epicure is all about variety, there are a variety of ways to cook them: steamed in the microwave, baked or pan fried. I had a bit of extra time on my hands so I decided to try all 3. Here are the results.
