It is with saddened hearts that we must make the following announcement: Effective immediately, we are postponing all operations at the AMAW Vancouver studio due to growing concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and recent escalations in B.C. We will resume classes when it has been deemed safe to do so, hopefully sooner than later. We very much hope that these preventative measures, while difficult in the short term, will provide a greater long term benefit to our immedi...ate community as well as the greater community as a whole. There have been no known cases of COVID-19 at AMAW studios or in any of our students or staff, but we are just taking necessary precautions to mitigate the risk of spreading the virus. We appreciate you, we wish you health, and we hope to see you very soon. We know that AMAW represents community, friendship, togetherness and support we are truly sad that for all of us, the most inspiring aspects of being part of our studio will be dormant for a while. But we urge you to stay calm, remember to breathe, call your friends and family if you're feeling overwhelmed, and know that things always have a way of working out for the best. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Let's hunker down and ride this wave out together. Stay safe and we'll see you all again soon!

The idea of becoming a successful, well-known actor for me is so you can work all the time and you can be acting the celebrity thing, you realize, is going to come along with it...and then you’re like oh it’s a side effect.
