It really encourages us grown-up folks to see your creative expressions of our beautiful world. Keep on seeing the beauty and keep on creating! Creativity is the way that humans help each other see and discover new things. ... - We want to encourage as many LEGO builders as we can, so we have chosen kids who have not won any top prizes before in our AMAZING APRIL competitions to win in our two age categories this time. Winners should send us a pm to arrange for collection of your prizes. - Winners: 8 AND YOUNGER: Congratulations Jaylee (Christina Johnson) - we love your double rainbow! Congratulations Eve! (Christopher Small)- your mini green car is amazing! 9 AND OLDER: Congratulations Dylan (Jennifer Woods) - your Happy Tree made us feel SO happy! Congratulations Claudia (Christina Johnson) - building a round shape like the Earth with square bricks is a challenge and you did a fabulous job!

****So far, we have received four fantastic entries for this competition and giveaway but we really would like to encourage a few more kids to participate before we announce winners. We are extending the competition through the weekend and will announce winners on MONDAY MORNING at 10am. AMAZING MONTH OF APRIL- Friday, April 24th Check out this fun activity from our awesome friends at ACAP Saint John! Wildflower Seed Ball Recipe... 1. In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of seeds with 5 cups of compost and 2-3 cups of clay powder (you could use clay soil instead if you have it). 2. Slowly mix in water with your hands until everything sticks together. 3. Roll the mixture into firm balls. 4. Leave the balls to dry in a sunny spot. 5. Once your seed ball is ready, leave in a sunny location that won't be mowed. Enjoy the beautiful flowers that will grow and help to feed pollinator species!

AMAZING MONTH OF APRIL - Thursday April 23rd Today we want to invite all Amazeatorium fans to consider signing up for the Maritimes Backyard Bioblitz, organized by Nature NB. A really great community project that you can participate in as a family!

We hope you are all keeping well during this unusual time. Our school has worked very hard to weather the current Covid-19 situation and we are pleased that with a lot of support from community members such as yourself, that we have been able to continue with our core mission of delivering an extraordinary education to the students of Touchstone Academy. We have been following the Covid-19 situation very closely and while many restrictions have been lifted in the Province o...f New Brunswick, we have decided that at this time, in light of the uncertainty with respect to large gatherings, that we must postpone the Amazeatorum event to 2021. Touchstone Academy started the Amazeatorium in 2009 and since then, countless children's lives have been touched by this extraordinary day of hands-on learning. Every sponsor and learning booth provides a unique learning experience for the children in our community that isn't found anywhere else. We are so thankful for all of the organizations and volunteers that have made the Amazeatorium possible for the last ten years. It is a huge undertaking and we are disappointed that we will be unable to provide this invaluable experiential day of learning in September but look forward to hosting the event in the future. AMAZING MONTH OF APRIL - Thursday April 30th - We made it! Tomorrow will be a brand new month, hopefully filled with sunshine, spring flowers and lots of opportunities to play outside. We thought we would finish our month-long celebration of AMAZING PLAY with a few of our favourite memories of hands-on learning and play at previous Amazetoriums! Thank you to everyone who participated in our activities and competitions. We look forward to making new memories with you in the future!
