One of my amazing equestrian clients with her World Champion Buckle won in Oklahoma a few weeks ago. This lady went last year and took a minimum of 6 pain killers a day and with the help from conditioning her body, increasing her ROM, and reteaching her body proper alignment she went the entire drive and competition with no painkillers!
