Bored with Breakfast options? Think outside the box. Don’t let yourself be limited to the typical & standard breakfasts! This baked sweet potato under sautéed cinnamon bananas & topped with dried cranberries & pumpkin seeds .. drizzled with tahini .. with a dollop is apple sauce on the side is Anything but boring! Side bonus: this is Baby Approved, maverick loved this! I gave him fresh blueberries instead of cranberries & pumpkin seeds!

Anyone contemplating buying an instant pot??? DO IT!! They are amazing! This was a recipe that came with mine!! Pina colada rice Pudding!! So easy & so delicious! I cut the the sugar in half & used coconut sugar instead of white & almond milk instead of regular! Added some unsweetened coconut & dried cranberries!! Definitely gonna be doing this one again

This is start of what became a delicious pot of vegetable leek soup, more like stew!! I love the bone broth from goodness me, made with only the best ingredients & it’s very reasonably priced! I do try to make my own as much as possible but it’s a great option when I don’t have any homemade broth stashed away. BONUS TIP: when cooking with fresh vegetables, save the pieces you discard to add to the bones when making broth for some added nutrients, this is what I’ve done in my empty broth container! I freeze it until I’m ready to make broth/stock
