Lets talk yoga props! What are your must haves for your at home practice? For me I like to have bolsters, blocks and blankets handy. Not only are they great for incorporating into your practice.. they double as fun toys for the kids (aka fort building and let’s see how many blocks we can balance on hahah). Besides a mat, these are my favourite items to have. I enjoy Restorative yoga, I would say it’s my passion practice for both teaching and being self-immersed in. I want ...to emphasize that these are not items you have to buy though. You can definitely pick out things around the house to use if this is a style of practice that you want to try.
