We're back into the swing of things at Kelowna Gymnastix! . Climbing a height SO MUCH TALLER than you can be daunting - however we encourage positive risk taking! . Our athletes are guided by our coaches to assess their abilities, what level they're ready for, and the safest way to tackle obstacles in front of them. We might not always be able to approach challenges the same way as the person in front of us!... . With the help of their coaches, our athletes start to learn how to make sure what they're about to attempt is a positive risk! What does physical confidence and positive risk taking look like in 4-5 year olds? . It looks a lot like this! Our Little Ninjas classes are the PERFECT start to your little one's parkour adventure! . The parented structure gives you a chance to be involved in helping your little one learn their skills, as well as spending dedicated quality time with them! As they jump, roll and spin through their Little Ninjas classes, they'll start practicing their listening skills, their... risk assessment skills and, of course, their parkour skills too! . Sometimes we lose a shoe in the process- but look at their smiles and the little personal flairs they put on each skill!
