Hello everyone. Well..... I and Amie we did it AGAIN! We did a road trip to London today for more bakery shopping. YES! I KNOW! But all that shopping is much needed in order to be ready for the opening day ( not set yet). We where so busy and tired after loading and unloading the car that we forgot to take a picture for you ,my bad, my apologies. Weekend was busy but tomorrow I'm taking day off cos is much needed. Bakery is coming together nicely. Still lots of work to be done BUT one step at a time and it will happen. Take care everyone and thank you for all your likings and all your support

A while ago I baked some saragli/ Greek baklava for some friends. Greek saragli/ baklava is different from the baklava you find in Middle Eastern cuisine. Is made with nuts but not with Pistachios and it has spices and lots of honey syrup.

It was a road trip day in the BIG city. Visited some major supply stores and I found quite few interesting items for the bakery. I am sure I will go back pretty soon again.
