Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa is extending this year's nationwide celebration of our planet by coordinating their Earth Expo & Farmer's Market on Saturday April 30, 2011 from 1pm - 4pm. The event will offering a glimpse into some of the creative ways Victoria is initiating eco-friendly practices. Ambrosio will be there promoting our local businesses who support our local farmers and producers.

Good info to pass onto your customers who are confused with labelling of eggs. Our Saanich free-range chickens are definately happy with their organic feed, lack of hormones and antibiotics and their playtime outside.

We have local duck eggs. Interested? We only have limited amounts.
