Thank you all for your ideas! You have inspired us to create the 3 options below. Please let us know your favorite and that will become the new product name! Winner/s will be advised after the poll closes. Sorry we can't put 3 options on this post but the last choice is Grabbit. If you like this name, just Comment with the number 3. You have until Friday 4:00pm CT.

Hello Fans of Ambutech! It has been a while since we have posted something new. There were requests for a product like this a few years ago and we are finally able to show it to the world. We would like to know if there is an interest in the cane holder pictured below. It is designed to be screwed to a wall or you can use 3M tape to adhere it to a wall. The cane slides into the middle of the device and holds your cane snug so that you don't have to fold it to store it. ...What do you think? WHAT SHOULD WE CALL IT? The first person to submit the name we choose will win a free cane and the new cane holder! We welcome all of your comments and feedback. Below is a picture of an Ambutech cane being held in place by a square device that looks similar to a broom holder fixed to a wall. There is a rubber strap that closes around the cane to hold it in place.

This is a picture of the top of a cane. At the end of the cord loop is a little plastic device that enables us to remove all the knots from inside the cane except the one holding the CordLock. To re-string a cane simply undo that one knot and pull the cord out the top of the cane. The new cord can just as easily be fed from the top of the cane down; the CordLock slipped on and a new knot tied. You're done! As I'm learning Facebook please any comments would be appreciated.

Sorry about the lack of a description - I think I have it figured out. This is a photo of the top of one of our canes. At the end of the cord loop is a new piece we call a Zip Clip. It is a small plastic piece about one centimeter square that clips over the two ends of the cord joining the whole thing into a loop. This device allows us to eliminate all the knots inside the cane except the one that holds the CordLock in place. That means you'll be able to undo that one knot and pull the entire cord out through the top of the cane. A new one can then be fed down through the cane, the CordLock device put over the cord, a new knot tied and you're done.
