I accordance with NS Health direction, the club will suspend play for three weeks starting Sunday 20 December. Scheduled restart is Monday 11 January.

In concern for the health of maritime curlers and our town, we have decided not to hold the Grey Cup of Curling bonspiel, which was scheduled 8 - 10 January, 2021.

The Amherst Curling Club would like to announce, Peter Rushton was the recipient of the 2019 Ed Gogan Volunteer of the Year award on Monday night. Congratulations, Peter!

We are pleased to share that Amherst Curling Club has been selected by @CTJumpstart to receive a grant from their Sport Relief Fund. The fund helps community sport organizations like ours continue to provide access to sport and play for Canadian kids. This grant will go a long way towards helping us to get the club up and running for the 20-21 season]. #SportReliefFund

We are all set to welcome new and returning members at the Annual Open House scheduled for Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Drop in for information on our leagues and the Learn to Curl Program. Anyone who wants to try the game need only bring clean sneakers and wear warm, loose fitting clothes. Instructors will be on hand to introduce anyone to the game. Assistance with online registration will be available during the Open House....
