Our first full week of opening as a Patio Only dining experience in a pandemic is behind us ! The nerves have settled down and we are becoming more familiar wit...h the routine. I want to recognize the awesome efforts of all of our staff and especially the servers who are carrying plates a longer distance to the patio, all while coping with face shields that distort their view and make their job difficult especially in the midst of a heat wave! We understand the necessity of keeping everyone safe and we are all working to make sure that that is the case and that all our customers feel safe and comfortable visiting Pinecroft. We have been very encouraged by the turnout so far and hope that Mother Nature decides to give us all the rain we need, but in the middle of the night please !! We encourage anyone who is thinking of dining with us to please make a reservation as any walk in seating is questionable as our seating capacity is limited. The natural air-conditioning afforded by the pine trees has so far made the patio a comfortable experience and the view is great! You would think you had made the drive to cottage country! This week we will continue to feature Asparagus Entrees and Strawberry desserts. Our Feature Salad will be Our Summer Berry Salad with Strawberries and your choice of grilled chicken or garlic shrimp. Our wrap will be our Mandarin Chicken wrap. Fresh Berries from Howe's Family Market make our Shortcake,Crepes,Cheesecakes and Sundaes super tasty!! Our Feature Cocktail for the hot summer days is a Strawberry Daiquiri !! We have added some Summer patio treats....Classic Canadian Poutine and Chili Cheese Fries. You can check our full menu online at www.pinecroft.ca/menu We have made a change to our temporary hours. We will open at 11 am and our final patio seating will be at 3 pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays we will serve on the patio until 4 pm.
