This is part of an exhibit opening at the centre next week that runs until the end of Celtic Colours International Festival - the World Wide Weave, a global natural dye collaboration.

So this week is sort and air out week. I spent three days going through bags and bags. Glad the warm weather is here so I have an idea on just how much I purchased this past winter. Projects galore!

this was washed with soap nuts and borax. It was coated with field dirt and had some straw that needed picking.
Phase Two: another clump of fleece, I am using soap nuts and borax with numerous rinses. Drained and now I am washing it with waste organic soap and borax. This stuff is dirty. Fine vegetable matter, its going to take some work.
