Great day catering the Mayors Garden Party

Yummy dinner last night! Fresh Yellow Pickerel with a Chipotle and Tarragon Cream Sauce Topped with Wild Mushrooms, Served with a Mango and Green Bean Salad tossed in a Lime and Honey Vinaigrette and Roasted Zucchini and Baby Potatoes tossed in a Basil Butter.

My incredible finds at the Wellington Market today. What an incredible Market, local Artisans, food, music. Such a lovely time spent with Sarah Simioni. Those smoked habanero peppers should do me a year. Thinking of grinding them with some smoked salt and maybe Spanish smoked paprika. Put that in a shaker!

Nice quick dinner! Roasted Chicken with Pan Fried Salmon and Herb Encrusted Scallops. Topped with a Healthy Tarragon and Chipotle Hollandaise. With a scattering of Pistachios and Cured Black Olives.
