True story.. when I was pregnant with Hunter I craved aaaallllll the grapefruits (and veggie gravy poutine - but not at the same time thank goodness). I seriously couldn’t get enough grapefruit into my body. It’s probably my fave citrus fruit to eat and I LOVE the essential oil for treating cellulite, hormonal imbalances, mood lifting, relaxation, focus at work - ahhhh that amazing aroma!! What’s your fave citrus fruit?

Let’s diffuse some citrus oils on this cloudy Vancouver morning. One of my fave blends to diffuse in the morning is something I’ve dubbed the diffuser mimosa 2 drops of grapefruit EO, 2 drops orange EO, 1 drop lemon EO, 1 drop lime EO and 1 drop of white fir EO (you can use Siberian fir or cypress as a substitute). Mmmmm smells sooo good in here! Happy Saturday everyone and have a lovely long weekend fellow Canadians!
