#1 Wash, Wash, Wash First things first... Wash your hands frequently. You can use an alcohol-based hand rub, or simple soap and water...... Either way, be sure to follow these steps to help stomp out any viruses that may be on your hands: 1. Wet your hands with warm, clean water. 2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with soap. Be sure to get the back of your hands, under your nails, and between your fingers. 3. Scrub for at least 20 seconds (this is true whether you use soap and water OR alcohol-based hand sanitizer). To count out 20 seconds, I like to slowly recite the alphabet but you can also sing the "Happy Birthday" song twice in a row. 4. Rinse your hands well with water. 5. Dry your hands using a clean towel. (If you're in a public restroom, use the towel to turn off the faucet and to open the door.) Washing your hands is the simplest and most effective way to prevent the spread of germs... And as I like to say: Better safe than sorry! #2 Practice "Social Distancing" The Covid-19 virus is easily transmitted even through the air and some people have tested positive for the disease without experiencing ANY symptoms.1 That's why it's so important to practice what doctors call "social distancing." It's simple... Keep a distance of at least 6 feet between you and other people. So whether you’re in line at the grocery store, or still at work try to keep as much distance as you can between you and the people around you. That's safer for everyone and one of the easiest ways to help keep this virus from spreading further. #3 Avoid the Face It's times like these when I realize how much I touch my face throughout the day. Whether it's itching my eye or putting a finger up to my lips, I touch my face probably hundreds of times a day... Without ever even noticing! But touching your face could potentially put your health in danger... Because your hands could come in contact with contaminated surfaces like doorknobs, electronics, and tables multiple times a day... And when you touch your face after touching a contaminated surface, you could accidentally infect yourself with the virus through your eyes, nose, or mouth. So be mindful and be careful!

Gold - A highly sought commodity Gold is a highly sought after commodity during this crisis and is seen as a safe haven. This week the price has been hovering a...round $ 1,720.00 per ounce and predictions are bullish. People in general are risk adverse and with the future being so uncertain there is an unmistakable tendency primarily to trust time-tested assets. Gold currently offers precisely that feeling of security. According to the German polling institute Forsa, Germans believe that over a period of three years gold has the best chances of being profitable. 71% said they thought gold is a sound financial investment. In the US gold prices were on the rise after the Federal Reserve refused to change interest rates and hinted that there were going to be no rate hikes until earliest 2023. One part of the Fed’s statement said that The coronavirus outbreak is causing tremendous human and economic hardship across the United States and around the world. The virus and the measures taken to protect public health have induced sharp declines in economic activity and a surge in job losses. Weaker demand and significantly lower oil prices are holding down consumer price inflation. This means that because of the decrease in consumer spending because of the pandemic and the diminished confidence in the economy, the general value of goods and currencies will remain low and the Fed is not about to raise interest rates until the market picks up. The Corona virus and its economic consequences have prompted central banks and Countries to introduce economic measures to cushion its negative effects. This is where gold can showcase its advantages. It is seen as a commodity that serves as a firewall against inflation. Naturally there is always the possibility of short-term investors and gamblers hopping on board and interfering with the normal progression of the commodity, but by and large, even in uncertain times, gold remains the multi-faceted store of value it always has been. Fund managers are predicting that gold could reach the $ 2.000 per ounce mark in the upcoming months as the global economies try to weather the recession storm that seems to be imminent. So while governments are likely to try to intervene and jump-start the economy over the next couple of years, gold may even rise well above the prospective $ 2.000. https://promotions.karatnews.com/home.html?s=amour11

"For example, the opening of retail and dining locations prior to the opening of our theme parks." "As you can imagine, managing guest density in queues, restaurants, hotels, ride vehicles and other facilities throughout the park and across the resort is a major focus, as we implement physical distancing guidelines based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies," added Hymel. "This will likely include implementation of guest capacity measures to comply with state and federal guidelines." Hymel, who is working with the U.S. Travel Association on guidance for reopening travel businesses, also revealed that Disney Parks is planning to step up cleaning and disinfection but still determining which high-traffic areas it will target as well as the type of cleaning products and processes it'll use.
