We're reopening! As you may know, our business has been allowed to re-open. We will be opening our business for in-person appointments on August 4, 2020. At first, we will be limiting our hours to Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM in order to allow for cleaning and sanitization. As we re-open, there may be a backlog for appointments. We are doing our best to accommodate each one of our customers. In the case of an urgent matter, please email us and we will address your is...sue accordingly. We are following the health guidelines set out by provincial and local governments to keep our employees and customers safe. In addition, we are taking the following precautions: - A maximum of one customer will be allowed in the office at a time. - All employees and customers must wear a proper face covering that covers the nose, mouth and chin. - All customers must sanitize their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds using the provided hand sanitizer upon entry. Most importantly, you must stay home and cancel your appointment if you are feeling sick. To ensure you maintain proper social distancing, we ask that you wait until your appointment to enter our offices. At this time, we will not be allowing customers to use shared common areas inside our offices. As part of our ongoing commitments to ensure proper cleaning and sanitization, our offices will be closed Fridays indefinitely. For corporate clients that may have payroll that must be processed on a Friday, we require all the proper documentation to process by the Wednesday prior. Our telephone lines will not be monitored on Fridays. We are carefully monitoring the situation and adhering to the health guidelines set out by provincial and local governments. Thanks to your support and contributions, our second annual Food & Toy Drive brought in six boxes of toys for the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish and over 20 lbs. of non-perishable food items for the Richmond Hill Community Food Bank.
