#DidYouKnow If you plan on moving at the end of April, you need to give at least 60 days notice- which would be the end of February. If you want to end a fixed-term contract you should give your landlord an N9 form. If you do not resign a lease, your contract will be on a month to month basis!

Our annual University District housing fair will be taking place next Wednesday, November 20 from 4-8 in CoGro. If you're interested in meeting local landlords and learning about housing opportunities for next year this is an event you won't want to miss!

We will be open this Monday to Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm to help with any housing questions or concerns!

If you’re missing a compost, or recycling bin come and swing by Union and University to get a free replacement!
