So, I've kind of disappeared from life over the past 5 months. Besides work (thank you to all my clients at Eaglewind Health for keeping me present in life), the gym (thank you Wild Life Gym for keeping me strong) and the odd walk (thank you nature for keeping me sane) I've hardly done anything except work on this passion project of mine. I hardly rode my bike, I rarely sang or played music, I neglected friendships, and I thoroughly annoyed Dave with my constant chattering aw...ay about this project I've been working on. Today is an example of how totally obsessed I am, it's 4:30am and the first thing I thought about on waking was the project Well, my friends, it's time for me to announce it, share it with the world, and maybe stop obsessing over it quite so much. Maybe. I created some online programs for women suffering from chronic back pain. I did this because, as a massage therapist I see a lot of women trying to live a full life with chronic pain... Trying to care for people around them, and have some semblance of normalcy and maybe just a little enjoyment while they constantly battle the ups and downs of chronic pain... And I've been super frustrated by how limited I am in helping them in the meagre hour or so I have, and in an appointment based around manual therapy. It breaks my heart to see people suffering and know that they can actually get better if they just have access to current information, and have the time, space and motivation to make some changes for themselves. I'm sure you or someone you know is suffering from chronic back pain. A lot of people are. And they don't need to suffer! Big news!!! I'm adding some late afternoon appointments on Tuesdays starting in April. There's not a lot of them available each week so if you like those later times make sure you book ahead!

And the silly elf RMT tradition continues! Silly elf only shows up on my last day at work before Christmas. I'll be back to my normal self on Monday. Happy Holidays everyone!
